1. Introduction
These terms govern the use of services provided by Dravena (domain dravena.biz) between you and Dravena regarding transaction processing, digital products, and goods.
2. Scope of Services
Dravena offers transaction processing services for property matters, digital guides and related materials, and delivery of physical items in connection with our core domain.
3. Service Categories
3.1 Transaction Processing Services
We handle document preparation, registration support, and settlement coordination. Service specifics and schedules are provided in separate agreements.
3.2 Informational Products
We supply digital publications such as e-guides and tutorials. Access is granted upon full payment.
3.3 Goods
We ship printed manuals and branded merchandise to designated addresses.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are invoiced in advance. Payment details will accompany each service agreement. Full settlement is required before commencement.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
At Dravena we recognize that plans may change. Below is our policy regarding fee recovery and schedule changes.
5.1 Transaction Processing Services
- Rescheduling: Requests made at least 5 business days before the service date may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge. To request a change, use our Contact Form.
- Refunds: If notice of cancellation is received 10 or more business days before scheduled start date, a full fee refund will be issued. For cancellations between 10 and 4 business days before start, a 50% refund will apply. Cancellations received fewer than 4 business days before the service date are not eligible for any refund.
This tiered approach balances administrative commitments with client flexibility.
5.2 Informational Products
Digital items are non-refundable once full access or download links have been delivered due to their immediate usability. If files are defective, contact us within 7 days for replacement files.
5.3 Goods
Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an interaction or refund. To initiate a return, submit a request via our Contact Form. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Outbound shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
Dravena acts solely as a processing partner. We are not liable for delays or outcomes resulting from third party entities. Liability for direct administrative errors is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected portion of service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Singapore.
